However due to both the experience and quality of service I received from Ann Marie and the Byers team in a way from the heart I was forced to. Forced to so people like you reading this now can grasp a feel of how professional, caring and personable this Team really is. It all started with a message on Zillow. I received more phone calls that day from realtor agents than a dispatcher would in a days work. Out of the several voicemails I received I decided to go with Ann Marie Byers. It was the only down to earth, go-getter, professional voice adequate I distinguished. She even text appropriately and not in slang. I'm sorry but you dont email or text a perspective homebuyer unprofessionally with misspelling. Buying a home is a serious thing. For my wife and I it was actually the first time buying a home. We were upfront and honest since day one. She stood by our side and both explained/walked us through the entire process to us from start to finish. She made our first time home buying experience feel like a breeze. Thankfully she put us in touch with which I think may be one of the best mortgage lenders in the State. Shane Turner of Supreme lending. Lets just say I can write a book on my first time home buying adventure. Ann Marie Byers made it happen. Had a couple of hick ups with insurance at the end but Shane Turner was able to drag us through that last obstacle. If you want a home buying experience like no other do not go any further before calling Ann Marie Byers. My process for unforeseen circumstances took 3+ months. She stood by our side and never gave up on us. Shane Turner mortgage lender also stood by our side from the beginning. This team never quit, at times it seemed unreal but this special group of people made our dreams comes true. We could not be anymore grateful for Ann Marie as she in some way set us up with Shane Turner. A special person always surrounds them self around special people. You Ann Marie and Shane Turner are as solid as they come. It also helps dealing with a man of their word like myself. So dont read any other reviews. I wasnt asked nor paid to write this. This is from the bottom of my heart. I had the heart feeling of choosing Ann Marie that day and look. It was a blessing, led to an exceptional home loan officer and at the end being blessed with our first home despite all the obstacles that were thrown at us. We never gave up and neither did they. That there reader shows there are still people out there which whom recognize hard work, passion and demeanor. Overall good people.
