I'm Ann Marie Price, a REALTORA(R) with Realty Executives in The Villages, a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, Virginia Trace resident and Multi-Million Dollar Producer for two consecutive years in Florida.

After spending 23 years in business banking, I brought that same focus on preparation, financial understanding and strategic decision-making into real estate. Today, I help homeowners, buyers and families navigate one of their biggest financial and lifestyle decisions with straightforward advice and a clear strategy.

For sellers, my approach starts with the market-not simply an asking price. I study current competition, recent sales, buyer activity, pricing trends and days on market to determine how a home should be positioned. From professional marketing and online exposure to ongoing market analysis and negotiation, my goal is to help sellers make informed decisions from listing through closing.
