I am a resident of the valley for over 20 years! I have 100% close rate on all my transactions. I got into real estate after owning a property management business with my husband for over 10 years. I love teaching new buyers the process of home buying and showing them ways to save money. I also have found great passion for working with sellers in the valley.
I also have experience in the wholesale industry working with flippers, wholesalers, and investors. I have gathered dozens of air bnb owners and work with them regularly to find investment properties.
I work all over the valley but live in north scottsdale with my husband and 3 young kids. l am a FULL TIME real estate agent and love what I do.
