ZillowVERIFIED I'm a repeat customer of Ann Hickman's for a good reason. The communication is top notch and she does what she says she'll do. She is honest, forthcoming, and an absolute bulldog on getting a property to market and sold all while trying to get the best for her customer. She is no different on the buying end making sure the property is right and fair-priced. She always puts in the extra work to please her customer. I appreciate Ann's straightforward, no-nonsense personality. It makes buying and selling that much easier because you know she has your best interest as her best interest. Great communication, highly ethical, most importantly......you are a person not just another sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Ann is our lifetime realtor. She can do anything from any state! Her living in AZ didnt stop her from selling our home in OH in less than 24 hours! Nothing stops her, and nothing will ever stop me from using her. This is my 4th time with Ann, and she is like my family. She truly cares about her clients, and not just the sale of the home, but afterwards too. Communication is KEY, and that is something Ann never lacks!! 10/10 recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Ann is an exceptional person, hard working, intelligent, honest, forward thinking, straight shooter, which when all put together makes her a great realtor. Buying (our situation) or selling she is on top of all aspects of the process. It is a traumatic experience to go through but Ann also has a great since of humor, which can put you at ease during what can be tough times. Then on top of all this she has a husband , Chuck, who is very experienced in the building field and brings his knowledge to the table. Without a doubt they are an incredible TEAM working for you! Thank You Ann and Chuck.

ZillowVERIFIED Ann is amazing! She made every step of selling our home go quickly and smoothly. Her experience in all areas is very evident. As a bonus her husband helped us immensely too. Between the two, they have experience as appraisers, inspectors, as well as being a great realtor. Ann and Chuck looked at our home and told us exactly what we needed to do to sell our home quickly and at top dollar. She then listed the home and had 26 showings in 2 days, received a valid offer and back up offer for over $23K over our asking price. She made all arrangements for everything on all ends. She kept us informed of who was coming (inspector, appraiser) and when. She stayed on top of everything. Easiest home sell ever for us! Thanks Ann and Chuck!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Ann was great to work with on selling our home. She was responsive and kept us in the loop during the entire process. The first offer from a cash buy was unrealistic in what they wanted fixed. Her negotiations with the backup offer kept us from having travel down a dead end. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Once again Ann has out done herself. She is absolutely amazing in every way! We bought our first home with her and just sold our first home with her! She knows everything there is to know about buying/selling and is great with answering any questions. She works hand in hand with other realtors to make the buying/selling process so much quicker! Our home sold the same day it listed and we ended up 30k more than our asking price! Ann is down to earth and so personable. I recommend her to everyone I know.

ZillowVERIFIED Ann is simply the best realtor you could ever work with. She helped us buy our first house 5 years ago and recently helped us buy our first piece of land. We were clueless on the process (which we found was A LOT different to buying a house), but she was there for us every step of the way guiding us and giving us advice. Her years of experience and vast amount of knowledge clearly show during the entire process, and she made what could be such a stressful situation seem like such a breeze to us. Thank you Ann for making our dreams come true (twice!). You are one in a million!

ZillowVERIFIED This is our second time working with Ann Hickman. She is a fantastic real estate professional to work with in the buying or selling of a home/property. She made many offers to go above and beyond what her responsibilities were after we purchased a property and were in the process of building a house. After using her services to purchase a property she turned around and sold our house at full price within hours of going on the market. Couldnt recommend enough.
