In the meantime, she did an excellent job helping us prepare for sale. We were anticipating up to three weeks on the market; we had an offer in three days. The sale was a difficult one but she stayed on top of the other parties to keep things moving. We were informed at every step through the process. ZillowVERIFIED We have used Ms. Hernandez-Gabler as our real estate agent twice. The first time, in 2005, she helped us find a very nice home in a good neighborhood that was in our budget. She really looked out for us, making sure we got the best possible rate and that we were not being charged unnecessary fees. The second time, just a few months ago, she helped us move to a larger home to accommodate our growing family. Our house was only on the market for three weeks before we had an offer at our asking price. The whole process, both buying and selling, could not have possibly gone better.

ZillowVERIFIED Last year we were looking for a home for my 82 yr old mother. Ann was extremely professional and patient with all of her personal need. I have worked with several real estate agents in the past and by far Ann superseded all of my expectations. The transaction was a bank owned home. Ann negotiated a tremendous aggressive offer on our behalf and saved us a ton of money. After the closing there was a hick up with the water department. Ann followed up on a daily basis to make sure the situation was rectified. I would not recommend anyone other than Ann to represent me. I am in the mortgage business and give all of my referrals to her. Ann is a super star.

ZillowVERIFIED Ann Hernandez-Gabler was a big help in getting us a good price in a down market (2011), in an area that was not selling like it did in the past. She took the time to explain the market in our area, took us thur other homes in our area that were listed at the same time as our property so we had a Clear understanding of just what the market was and that if we wanted to sell we had to be real about our pricing, she took beauitful pictures of our home and was pro-active on our sale. Sold in less than 90days, and for more then what the bank appraisal (which was just unreal!) was for, so she went to the buyer and asked for more which we received and sold for, I think that our price is still the highest in that area. Redford Twp. So Thank You to Ann we are now happily retired in our Senior community.

She plays by the rules and knows the real estate industry well. She is an exceptionally hard worker and was most always available, especially on evenings and weekends.
