ZillowVERIFIED Ann is beyond amazing. Not only is she a sweetheart to work with, she nailed our sense of style and wants in a house after our first meeting. We traveled from Las Vegas and only had 4 days to look and on the second day she pulled up homes we wanted to put offers on. She was amazing at helping us navigate putting in the offers and even dealing with complicated sellers. She went hard from day one up until the time we had to catch our flight. The very last home she found us ended up being our dream home and we got it! She helped us through all the closing paper work and even helped me get the info to turn on all the utilities. If you want some who takes time to understand you and works above and beyond for you, please do yourself a favor and work with Ann.

ZillowVERIFIED Ann was great to work with she was responsive, dependable, informative and kind. She stuck with us diligently through our home search process in today's market. The house we decided to purchase was one that had just came back on the market, she made sure we were first in line to see it. When our bank denied us for our loan she went above and beyond and recommended us to a different lender and everything went perfect with the lender she recommended. I highly recommend Ann Ford if you're searching for a new house. I will be be referring all of my family and friends to her and she's the only agent I will use for future purchases.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Ann made the whole home buying process much less stressful! She knew the time restraints I was working with and was very helpful every step of the way! I never had to wonder what the next step was because she stayed in contact and was open and up front about everything we encountered. Between being 100% honest about the properties we were looking at and her understanding of my personal situation, I can only hope that she is still in the business when/if I decide to purchase another home in the future! I would give ten stars if it was possible, she is hands down the ONLY realtor in my area that I will ever recommend! She is top notch!
