One place in particular had a nasty driveway that practically required a 4x4 during winter, and Ann was able to notify me of that so as not to waste my time checking it out. Also had issues with the loan office and she was able to help calm my nerves. I was use Ann again and recommend her to others.

It was a challenge buying a home from across the country without being there in person (we sent family to view it for us), but Ann walked us through the process and let us know what we didn't know. She was professional, easy to reach, and accommodating with the time difference. She was able to talk us through some rocky moments and we closed on our retirement home (a beautiful cabin) in July, 2019. We would enthusiastically recommend Ann to anyone buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We requested some information online about a house we liked and literally within 5 minutes Ann was calling us about the listing. After showing us the listing she asked if we were pre approved for a loan and suggested we call her friend at Bank of England. We got approved and Ann started showing us houses. We found a house that we loved and made an offer on it but some issues turned up in the home inspection that the home owner wasn't willing to fix. So we withdrew and started looking again. We are now under contract on a beautiful home in Druid Hills and set to close in about 20 days. Ann was a pleasure to work with and got along great with my wife and I. I would recommend Ann to anyone looking to buy or sale a property.
