ZillowVERIFIED This is the second time Ann has sold our house. Both houses were sold within the first week. I applied what I learned from the first house to my second house. I replaced the carpet, painted the entire interior of the house in a neutral color and removed drapery and personal items to make it easy for potential buyers to visualize their furnishings. ZillowVERIFIED Ann, the Radon people installed a pipe that must have some type of fan which pushes out bad air out of the basement at 6594 Goodrich Road that I purchased. It vibrates the Hell out of the floor in the Master Bedroom I do not know what to do . I did not have this done the owner paid for it. Now what do I Do. I will refuse to move in until it is fixed. Plus the refrigerator is banging away to no end. When was the Septic Tank cleaned out. The owner does not answer her phone anymore. When do I get the Deed and a copy of the survey.
