Recommended to us by Dartmouth Health as part of the recruiting process. Ann took us on a 2-3 hour tour of Concord and surrounding areas, introducing us to the area as we had never been to Concord before. Then, as it became clear we?d be moving to NH, Sabrina took over and helped us buy our first house, from across the country! Sabrina gave us the most thorough video tours, answered all our questions (even the ones that feel really dumb, that first time buyers ask along the way), gave us recommendations for everything (contractors, inspectors, etc), helped us pivot to a different direction when our first potential house failed inspection, helped us create a competitive offer, and got us a house we feel so great about. She communicated with the bank, city, title company, everything. It felt like she was always doing things for us! We are very grateful and so happy in our new home! Thank you to the whole team for working with us through the process!!

My husband and I just bought our house last month with Bianca and even though our time working with her was pretty short (as we bought pretty quickly), working with her was easily the best part of the process! Bianca is incredibly knowledgeable of the market and helped us through a stressful negotiation. She takes the time to know her buyers and it showed in the types of properties she recommended. The house we secured is perfect for our needs, and although the seller we worked with was less than ideal, Bianca did a phenomenal job at calming our nerves and guiding us through the process.
