My house in Glendale was a ranch, no basement and was in need of piering the foundation. a realtors nightmare. Ann suggested using an independent structural engineer to make an assessment so that piering companies were all bidding on the same job. as a result, I got competitive bids, a completed job for only what was neccessary and the cost of the engineer was covered by my home owners insurance! Ann added the engineer's letter confirming the integrity of the house to the buyers info, and we had a contract in a few weeks! Terri sold my husband's home in Maryland Heights in 2 days!!...no zip code is a problem for them!
