Having lived and invested in the area most of my life; I offer a familiarity with the North King, South Snohomish communities that make it easier to locate the right home for my clients. I have extensive knowledge of New construction, as well as the needs of first time home buyers. I have been an active member in the Northshore Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Bothell Association, the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association, and most importantly the National Association of Realtors.
