ZillowVERIFIED Ann is the best! The whole process could not have gone better. We needed a buyer that would not only give us best price possible but be flexible on a move in date since our new house is under construction. We got an offer well over asking price and are able to stay in the house until construction is done. We highly recommend Ann and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an excellent experience with Ann and her team. She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and just aggressive enough that she got the job done without being too pushy. She is well-known in the area, which I felt gave us a leg-up. We will definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home near Nashville.

ZillowVERIFIED We were very picky on what we wanted as our first house and Ann never made us feel too high maintenance with how many showings we went to and how many times we texted/emailed. And she found us the perfect house in no time!Highly reccomend!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Howard who at the time was part Ann's team. We are so thankful we were introduced to Howard. He was always available whenever we had a list of houses we wanted to see. When were ready to buy he made sure to get the job done well. He is a great agent. Ann helped us navigate closing of our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Ann helped us buy a house in 2017 and sell our existing home in 2018. She was fantastic in helping from staging to sale. She keeps touch with us on a regular basis by having special client events such as movie day or dining events.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Ann Buchanan was amazing. This was my first home buying experience and the team made the process very smooth. The responses were always on time, with quick responses and thorough. Not one point in time did I feel lost or felt like I was not going to find the home for me! I am a single mom with one son and I never felt out of place. The process was the best and I would definitely recommend for anyone else!

ZillowVERIFIED Ann Buchanan is truly amazing. My father walked me though the home buying process with the Ann Buchanan team. He said after 20 plus real estate transactions, hes had a better experience. We experienced title issues, and Ann and Howard Burwell handled them for us with ease. We closed on time, and they helped me find the home of my dreams in an extremely competitive and pricey market. I will be a client for life!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were wanting to buy a house. We were first time buyers and had no idea if we qualified or what to do. Ann helped us find a mortgage company that got us pre approved. There are so many choices out there for mortgage companies, it was nice to have some one like Ann who knows who to trust. She has been doing this for many years and her experience shows. Once we knew what our price limit was it made it much easier to find our dream home. Ann showed us several homes and got a good idea on what we were looking for in a home. That led us to buy our current home. If you want someone who has experience and will dig deep to help you find your home then Ann Buchanan is the real estate agent you want to work for you.

ZillowVERIFIED We tried using a different realtor to sell our home and had three people show up in a month and not one offer. Ann and her team came out and had a plan of action not just listing the home. Sold in three days above asking price. We were knocked out. Will use her again soon.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Ann was fantastic! She more than met our expectations. Throughout the process she was professional and maintained excellent contact with us. We had made the mistake of first listing our house with a friend who is a realtor. Lesson learned there. Our home was in a very desirable area, and yet after 7 months on the market we didn't have a single nibble. We listed with Ann and in less than two weeks she had an offer at almost full price. The process was seamless, and we were even able to close two weeks earlier than the sales contract originally called for. Needless to say, we were very pleased and have no hesitation in recommending Ann Buchanan. She's great!

ZillowVERIFIED Ann is quite simply an outstanding individual and a phenomenal realtor. I have had the opportunity to work with Ann to sell a larger property as my wife and I downsized to a townhome. Not only did she address my sale in a very strategic and thoughtful way, she actually surveyed my new neighborhood for dozens of homes, not on the market at the time, to address every possible option for us. 3 years later, Ann was at our side again as we bought another townhome in addition to her selling our prior home for a premium price. Ann has helped our son and daughter-in-law obtain their 1st home in a very challenging seller's market for a great investment. Honestly, we would not have trusted anyone else with our children's 1st home investment.Ann listens intently, processes all of the relevant facts, and specifically develops a plan for your needs in regards to the market. She is so attentive to all details and your transaction is always a priority for her. Ann has the highest integrity, and she known and respected by all of the other realtors, builders, and lenders in our area.Yes, I fully intend to allow Ann to help us with our next real estate investment in the middle Tennessee area. She really deserves a 6 Star rating out of 5!Royce T. Adkins, MD

ZillowVERIFIED I've known Ann for a few years now so when my wife and I decided to sell our home at the end of 2015, we already knew who we were going to call. What's always stuck out to me about Ann is that being a real estate agent is not just a profession for her, it's her passion. She truly loves what she does, and she loves to help people. We ended up selling our home at our target price, and the home we purchased quickly became our dream home. Going through the process of selling a home and buying a new one can be stressful enough, but when you have an experienced, knowledgeable, agent to lead the way, it makes life so much easier. That's what you get with Ann Buchanan. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I work with and I personally know several realtors in and around Middle Tennessee. Ann's ability to serve us as people translates into her career with Keller Williams. She is the complete package when it comes to Professionalism, Knowledge of Market, Trends, Responsiveness, and Communications Skills. Her best qualities are understanding us, our families and our needs. Ann and her teams processes are second to none! From the introduction to the close her skills and passion show a true light you won't find in other agents. Ann's gift Is her passion for people and she truly does "Make Peoples Dreams Come True" I would giver her a call today if you or you know someone who is buying, selling, or relocating in or out of the Nashville area.
