aEURoeAnn is the best kind of RE agent. Shes knowledgeable, hard working, honest, always ready to pitch in and help beyond her actual job. Anns experience is second to none. Her suggestions ( painting rooms on her own. Ann also priced my house at exactly the right price and it sold by weeks end. Ann showed me different properties to fully explain why the price she thought was rightaEUR|..was right!! There were drone pictures from overhead showing all the points of interest that would draw the attention and help perspective buyers see how close schools were Town Forest, ponds, and their commuting abilities!! I would always recommend Ann AtamianaEUR?

Ann is an amazing broker. She truly works to understand what her clients wants and needs are and highlights spot on considerations that make you more receptive to her recommendations. She is excellent at all parts of the process. She makes it so that we just wait for her prompts after shes shared the process and timelines. Ann has the patience of a preschool teacher and the knowledge of a college professor. She is a partner with you while also being an expert guide along the way. She has a wonderful personable and personal style that makes you feel as though you are her only client (seriously how does she so easily recall so many things?!). We worked with Ann to purchase our first home, sell that home and purchase a new one. Our relationship spans 7 years and 2 kids and we cant imagine working with anyone else. Honestly, she keeps us in this area as we dont want to go anywhere where she couldnt be our realtor.
