ZillowVERIFIED We were introduced to Ann from a friend that knew her. Living in Fargo at the time, we knew house hunting in Bismarck (3 hours away) was going to be a challenge. Well, I can tell you Ann made this a very small challenge. Our only challenge was making the drive to Bismarck. No matter the case, she was always available to show us homes, and show us homes she did. I dont think I have ever looked at so many homes before. She always had the majority of the day set aside for us and made sure we were her main focus. It was nice being made felt like we were her most important client. She knew a lot about every neighborhood, builder, businesses, markets, school districts, etc. If we had a question about a property, there was no waiting. She was on the phone on the spot with the builder or sellers agent to get the answers we were looking for. She also seemed to have a great eye for things on the property, the goods, the bads, and the uglies. Overall, our experience was fantastic and we felt lucky to be introduced to her for our home buying.

She took us to many home that fit our budget and our criteria. If we happened to be driving around and saw something, shed get the info and meet us there in a matter of minutes. She would point out things that she thought would be later concerns and more money out of pocket. We were so grateful because sometimes our excitement of buying made us overlook those type of things things. We needed a realto who knew what to look for and thats exactly what she did. The market was tight and homes were selling quick, so finding the perfect home was difficult. With her hard work and perseverance, she got us into a home that was/is perfect for us. We love the location. We love that everything was updated so there has been no out of pocket expenses needed for the home. Were going on three years of living in our home and cant thank Ann enough.
