ZillowVERIFIED Anita was a great asset navigating our way through the process known as home purchasing. She went out of her way to show us several houses in the community of our choice. She offered suggestions of lending agents to contact from her experience working with ones locally and regionally. She walked us through the process of looking at the various homes, pointing out things that were both good and bad about the properties that we had selected. Once we finally decided on a particular piece of property, Anita went to work with the sellers agent to reach a compromise on the price and closing cost involved. She was able to provide a list of local home inspectors as well as someone to perform a camera inspection of the sanitary sewer service which I requested. Anita worked with the lending agent to assure submittals were on time to allow for a very quick turn around. She was a great asset to my wife and I throughout the entire process even joining us the morning of signing all the documents related to the closing event.

She was very understanding when we saw houses I just didn?t like and she didn?t try to talk me into just picking something. Any house I found and asked about she quickly got information for. When I first emailed asked to view a home it was late at night and she responded immediately. She helped me find a lending company that worked with my schedule as well. They even worked on their vacation to make sure I got what I needed so I didn?t miss getting the house of my dreams. She really did make this possible.
