I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Anita and her team! After a relative passed away who had not been able to maintain a house that had been in our family for decades, I was tasked with selling it. Unfortunately, the house had significant damage from water leaks, a falling tree, rodents, pets, etc. I felt overwhelmed in trying to prepare the house for sale, especially since I live thousands of miles away in California. Anita recommended getting a professional home inspection to pinpoint all the flaws as a starting point. After reviewing the inspection report, with Anita's guidance, I devised a strategy to optimize which aspects to remedy in order to optimize my expenditures. Leveraging Anita's network, I was able to tap into very reliable service providers to patch holes in the roof, waterproof leaky areas, address the raccoon infiltration, treat for termite damage, and empty the house of all furnishings and personal effects. This turned out to be the right strategy, as the house sold a few days after listing it, with 17 offers, 15 of which were over the asking price. Closing was also exceptionally smooth. Anita is the consummate professional who I recommend strongly.
