ZillowVERIFIEDAnita was without a doubt the reason we ended up with our new home. Her patience was amazing. Her diligence to make sure we were able to gather every detail we wanted before making a decision was absolutely mind-boggling. Her professionalism cannot be surpassed and would be incredible to match. She did not just become my life-long Realtor, I consider her a friend and she made that happen. Think twice or three times before choosing another Realtor in her area. I am sure others are good, but dont settle for good when you can have great!!! Thanks for everything Anita!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Very responsive and answered any questions I had about the process. We ended up closing on a home after walking away from another one due to inspection issues. In both of these circumstances, I feel Anita represented my interests very well. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Evansville/Newburgh/Chandler area.

ZillowVERIFIED We were new to Winslow In my brother had recommended Anita so we called. From the minute we called her she went about looking for all we had asked about. When we viewed our first house we loved it. Anita and their agent worked together to come to a fair price for both of us. Then with help of home mortgage and Anita and everyone involved we were able to become first time home owners. We are very very thankful to have had Anita on our side. We would definitely refer everyone we know to her.

ZillowVERIFIED Services provided by Anita were instrumental in getting a quick sale of my parents home. Since we lived outside the area, Anita arranged for all repairs and inspections and followed up with the contractors to ensure everything was done. Anita took the worry out of the sale and her knowledge and expertise were invaluable.

ZillowVERIFIED As a young, first time home buyer I could not have been more thankful, grateful and impressed with Anita! She walked me through the entire process, was very responsive and provided lots of insight along the way. I could not have had such a smooth process, nor have been as thrilled to have the home I now have, if it weren't for her! I will always reach out to Anita for any future real estate needs and highly recommend you do the same!

ZillowVERIFIED Anita made the extra effort to get the deal done. She provided the information I needed to make an informed decision. I was going though a change in my life and she was able to write up a buyers agreement that everyone could agree to. Personable and professional. When I have any real estate concerns she is my go to person.

ZillowVERIFIED I met many relators when I began the process of looking for a home, but I knew Anita Corne would be wonderful as soon as I met her! She helped me purchase my first home & will definitely help me purchase my next. Anita explained every part of the buying process thoroughly and made sure that my questions were answered. We encountered a few unforeseeable problems with appraisals/financing along the way, but Anita advocated for me and provided alternative options. She is patient, hardworking, knowledgeable, energetic, and kind. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home, especially first time home buyers!

ZillowVERIFIED Anita was great! She was very helpful and friendly! She made the whole stressful experience of buying a new home so much easier! My husband was working in Texas at the time we were looking for a home and Anita was kind enough to walk me through everything that needed to be done all the time understanding that I was juggling it all on my own.

ZillowVERIFIED Anita is a premier real estate person--professional, responsive to client needs, and familiar with market. She understands and is alert to changing conditions in markets and keeps clients advised accordingly. She is also adept at adjusting listings to meet market trends. She has excellent taste in dA(C)cor and is willing to make recommendations to enhance appeal and marketability of properties. She listens and is available--qualities all sellers and buyers seek in real estate representatives. We recommend her to others without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED We moved to Evansville from out of state. She was very helpful in directing us toward a home that we fell in love with. She provided a lot of background information on the home and neighborhood. Would definitely recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Worked with us for weeks to find the ideal home for our family. Really knew the neighborhoods and was ready with comparable sales when we decided to make an offer. Help with negotiating and closing less than full asking price and had references for mortgage lenders to work with as well. All around great to work with and has even helped paint our son's room before he was born!
