Top notch and goes the extra mile! Anita helped sell our house in the spring and when we found out the county wouldn t let us build on our land we called Anita to help us find a new place. I had certain requirements for me and the horses then my husband had his own which limited many options for us but she never gave up and we just closed yesterday! MONEY TALKS! Anita knows the market and puts in the work to find the best comps to maximize seller s profit. We had two other realtors view our property before selecting Anita. She suggested listing the property at 18% more than the first realtor and 13.5% more than the second realtor, both of whom said they had trouble finding comps and would be testing the market.
