She was extremely patient with us as we carted our young children from house to house, sometimes against their will! However, her warm, pleasant demeanor immediately put all of us at ease! She was prepared with ample information about each property, and was dynamic in our quest: she allowed us to deviate off the list if we found a potential listing in the vicinity. We (children included!) ended up enjoying the home search process, and all communication with Anita was easy. My husband and I were living over 600 miles apart during our process, and Kentucky was unfamiliar to me at that point.
