ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a great experience with Anita and highly recommend her to anyone needing the assistance of a buyer broker. She was able to negotiate excellent terms for us, and we would not have been able to navigate purchasing a home without her expertise. We would not currently be living in the perfect home for us without her.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure having Anita as our agent. Would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. She was very responsive and understanding when we had questions or concerns. She did not try to persuade us in any way. She allowed us to look at multiple homes and let us decide what was best for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Anita sold my house so fast, it was amazing. Within two weeks my house had a signed contract. Anita answers questions fast, she cares about her customers, and she has years of experience which all make her shine above the rest. This was the best house sale experience I've had since living in Florida. I only I had known her years before. If you want to have an expert take of your real estate purchase or sale, Anita is a great choice. She has five star reviews, her customers know she's a great real estate professional. I'm so glad for the opportunity to have had her sell my home in what seemed like a whole minute because it went to fast. Thank you Anita!

ZillowVERIFIED We first met Anita in March of 2024 when we came to Pensacola house hunting on military orders she was amazing listened to our preferences and showed us a number of houses while we were there. We received news that we wouldnt be moving to Pensacola as soon as we thought and Anita stayed in touch sending us listing. Once we were finally told we could make our move Anita worked with us and our many time zones to find our new home! She was always available to answer questions or explain anything. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Anita Allen was my realtor for my first ever house close process. She was phenomenal! She answered EVERY question I had, even when I woke her up at 2am panicking. She has remained calm and supportive with every decision I had, and even remained patient whenever I changed my mind. She is an angel and truly held my hand (metaphorically) through this entire process, which has been exactly what a first time home buyer such as myself, has needed.

ZillowVERIFIED Anita Allen worked hard and quickly. I had dropped an agent that I had for 4 months and had gotten Zero results. Anita and Levin Rinke Realty had a contract on my home at my price in less than a week. Boom! In a market where other agents seem to be cruising, Anita rolls up her sleeves and works. Coupled with a lower than average commission, Anita and her company are proven winners! Thanks, Anita!!

ZillowVERIFIED Anita was great and helped me through every step of the process as a first time home buyer. She was always available every time I wanted to view a new home. The home I ended up purchasing appraised lower than the contract price and Anita negotiated the sellers into matching the appraisal, which I was extremely impressed by.

ZillowVERIFIED PROFESSIONAL!! We are so thankful for the previous reviews, that outline how professional Anita is. She most definitely has a pulse on the market and thru her knowledge we were able to sell our home within 3 weeks well over asking price. In fact, within 3 days she accumulated 10 offers all over asking price. She expertly lead us thru the negotiation and selling process. The clincher was the closing agent glowing comments of Anita and her professionalism and what a joy it is to work with her. We second those comments.

ZillowVERIFIED Anita was great, couldnt ask for a better agent. Anita was almost always available and when she wasnt she made sure to let me know she would contact me at the earliest convenience. Anita was also able to find me a lender who didnt need transcripts as the IRS is backed up due to Covid, she was a tremendous help. I definitely recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED I am a first-time home buyer. I'm so glad Anita was the realtor assigned to me when I first started looking at homes on Zillow. Anita really listens to what you're looking for in a home. I actually purchased a home I may have never considered, had she not found it for me. Anita has a way of using your wish list, and opening your eyes so you can realize your dream. Anita is particularly helpful for those of us who are first-timers. She anticipates questions and gets those questions answered and she helps you advocate for what you want every step of the way. She will never give you false hope, but is always optimistic. You can tell Anita is passionate about helping people find their forever homes. I trust Anita Allen implicitly, and I feel lucky to have worked with her on the biggest transition in my life.

ZillowVERIFIED Anita is the best. From day one, she worked to find us the exact house we were looking for. Our hope was to find one with most of the features were wanted, we never expected Anita to find one with everything we were searching for. We also used Anita to sell our daughters house. Anita showed the house with hurricane Sally bearing down and presented us with two offers the day it went on the market. I will be contacting her again to sell my current house once we move into the new one. I highly, highly recommend contacting Anita for any of your housing needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Anita is a top notch real estate agent. She is professional, knowledgable, and a true advocate for her clients. She helped us purchase our home while we were stationed overseas. Despite the 14 hour time difference, Anita made herself available to help us in any manner necessary. She answered questions early in the morning and late at night in order to help with our home purchase. We could not be more pleased with the experience we had with Anita helping us purchase our new home. ZillowVERIFIED When we initially met with Anita, we explained to her what type of property we wanted. Rather than showing us everything and anything in their inventory, she maintained her focus on what we requested. What we asked for wasn't easy to find. Anita was very persistent and dedicated and worked with us for over three years until we found the right house. During the three years of house hunting, I found several promising houses to buy on my own. Anita would always visit the properties with me. She followed up the history of the properties and would ask sellers all of the right questions. In doing so, she prevented us from buying more than one money pit and kept us on safe ground. When we finally found the house that lined up with our needs and expectations, Anita did an amazing job at negotiating the deal. She got us everything that we asked for plus some things that we didn't even know that we could get. We are beyond satisfied with the work that Anita did for us to purchase our new home. Even after the sale, Anita would proactively follow-up with me to make sure that we were not having any problems with the house. I can't imagine things going any smoother. If you're looking for a dedicated realtor that knows what they're doing and someone that you can depend on, do yourself a favor and contact Anita Allen at Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Pace, Florida. You'll be glad that you did.
