She has sold a couple of my homes - I do trust her pricing judgement. And she also did a great job squeezing out a little more $ in the negotiation phases as well which is always appreciated. And given her knowledge and network she is a great buyers agent - in fact that is how I first found her 15 years ago to help with a home purchase in Greensboro. She truly goes above and beyond. One weekend I was up in Pennsylvania on Easter weekend and I wanted to look at a home for sale up there as a second house.
