The next thing about Angie & her business that had the WOW factor...the power of delegation. Many realtors try to be a one man show & end up spreading themselves too thin resulting in a sub-par performance. Angie has surrounded herself w/ four very talented & capable young ladies. Each one plays a role in the sale of the property. For example Angies' listing specialist Kirsten makes sure the listing is in all the high profile listings such as MLS & many more. Kaleigh is in charge of staging the home & what a makeover she gave us. Kaleigh ensures your home presents itself in the most eye-popping way to potential buyers! As I said, each girl plays her role in the big picture of not only selling your house, but also making it a very smooth transaction. Once there is an accepted offer; thats when Danyelle steps in & dots all the I's & crosses all the T's. Danyelle held our hand all the way through the process until closing was complete. She also did an excellent job of communicating to us where we were in the process. On top of all this was their kindness, courtesy, & professionalism!
