I am moving to Juneau for a 4 month period this summer. I contacted Angie and she was incredibly helpful from the beginning to the end of my search process. She found available places that were close to where I needed to live and was full of helpful tips about getting around Juneau. She found me exactly what I needed and was able to work around my schedule and within my price range. Angie worked patiently with my husband and I for over a year as we searched for our dream home. We appreciated the fact that she kept us in the loop as well as set up viewings of homes within our criteria and price range as soon as they became available. Although she is busy, we always felt as though we were Angie's only clients, as she prioritized our needs above her own. We were also very impressed with the fact that Angie never tried to 'push' a home on us or pressure us in any way to buy. She is very down-to-earth, very honest, and was a joy to work with. Angie provided great assistance in the listing price, notification of issues and provided options to resolve. She attended the closing at the title agency - which I have never had a realtor do in other closings and it turned out to be helpful. Her appraisal certification was helpful in providing valuation of two properties in my father's estate so I could provide to accountant.

If you need an appraisal done, avoid Angie like the plague. We hired her to do an appraisal and she said it would take about two weeks. Well, those weeks went by, and we received nothing from her. After many calls and messages later, we finally got a hold of her and she said we would get it the following week. That passes and we have nothing. Finally, several more calls, emails, posts to her website later...and about two months after the promised appraisal and she didn't even bother to get back to us. So, we hired someone else to do our appraisal and they got it to us about 5 days later. Very unprofessional. I have heard from several other people that this is very typical of her behavior. Completely unprofessional and waste of time.

Angie was a tremendous help to our family as we moved out of Juneau and sold our home in 2013. She patiently worked with our relocation company and jumped through their many hoops with grace. We were in the process of moving out of state so we compiled a list of prospective Real Estate Agents to sell our house.
