She walked us through each step of the process with kindness, prompt communication, excellent advice, strong negotiating skills and wonderful referrals for work that needed to be completed. She offered encouragement to keep us on the timeline we had set, helped to calm our nerves when things were tense and celebrated with us as things progressed. Her photographer beautifully documented the home to prepare for the listing and exactly one month later we met for the closing. She negotiated a contract that was perfect for our family and we never dreamed it could all come together so quickly!! We were selling and downsizing a parents home in the midst of a difficult health related transition. It was an emotionally and physically exhausting process that would have been even more stressful without Angies guidance. We felt such joy and relief at the closing and the only down side was when it registered how much we would miss her now that the process was complete! We are so very grateful for all of Angies help, support and friendship and we look forward to working with her again!

She was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. From contractor recommendations, to making us a list of recommended updates prior to listing, to walking us through offers and negotiations, and navigating inspections, she is nothing short of amazing. She was supportive with us every step of the way, even when we were indecisive and didnt quite know what we were looking for. It was quite a long journey, and it is bittersweet knowing it is over, as we have developed such a good relationship with her!

ZillowVERIFIED Angie Layne was exceptional from our very first interaction all the way through closing. She was honest, patient, and incredibly helpful at every stage of the process. Angie provided clear guidance when we needed it, along with contractor recommendations for items I couldnt take on myself. Because the property was in rough shape, Angie went above and beyond. She provided comps for the home as-is, a clear list of must-do repairs, and a separate list of improvements that would help make the property more marketable. This all happened in our first meeting! The repair process took much longer than expected, but Angie consistently checked in. Not to push us, but to see how she could support me along the way. Once we listed the property, we had four showings scheduled on the first day. The home went under contract within three days and closed just one week later. Angie mentioned it was the fastest closing she had ever seen, but its hard for me to believe that outcome wasnt directly tied to her expertise and dedication. Thank you, Angie. We wont be buying or selling property with anyone else!
