ZillowVERIFIED If I could give Angie 10 stars, I would. She was nothing short of amazing through the entire process. She replied quickly, provided information, met us at short notice, gave her honest opinion... She treated us really well. When dealing with two young women, there is line between I know everything about this and you know nothing and let me see the knowledge you have about this and give you more. She stayed way on the side of teaching us what things meant. She never made us feel dumb or young or inexperienced, even though I asked her at least 10583920 questions through the entire process. She guided us on judgement calls (just giving her honest experience with each option we were given).. We ended up finding an amazingly perfect condo. She couldnt be at the title signing due to the COVID but she swung by and dropped off a couple of things that same day and I swear I teared up when we said our goodbyes. She ended up more like a friend than a Realtor. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Of our three home buying experiences, this was by far the best thanks to Angie Lamb! Over a three week period, Angie remotely showed us four homes and provided us vital information on three other homes for sale. Her knowledge of the local area, understanding of our needs, and determination to find us the perfect home led us to an easy decision. Her immediate responsiveness ensured we had a same-day accepted offer. Her process expertise guided us through the 100% remote process from offer to closing. There was no doubt Angie had our best interests in mind and helped make the long-distance closing stress free. I would recommend Angie to anyone looking for a home in Bloomington and will contact her instantly if we decide to sell this home in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Angie was patient with us through the process. We went through several offers that we did not get but still stayed after it. She was very responsive to setting up viewings but also made sure to give us advice on the homes we wanted to view to make sure that they would fit us.

ZillowVERIFIED Angie is truly one of a kind. She is so thoughtful, knowledgeable, and personable when it comes to her line of work. As a first time home buyer, the thought of this process had my anxiety through the roof. Angie was patient and walked me through each step to where I could actually learn the process and enjoy what being a first time home buyer truly meant. Angie was always there to advocate for me as a first time home buyer. She did not make me feel as if there were any questions I should not ask. Angie met me where I was at and worked with me along the way. She is undoubtedly amazing at what she does and her great personality shines through her daily work. I would recommend Angie to any person looking for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Zillow matched us up so at first I was skeptical but absolutely everything she told us about the Bloomington, IN market was true & she was wonderfully supportive during our crazy post-inspection & pre-closing angst. We are thrilled with the home & community, & would definitely buy or sell with Angie in the future!! She even gave us great local recommendations.
