I arrived at a showing after trying to get ahold of the agent for 2 days. There was an archaic lockbox on the door that was not working properly and of course...I couldn't get ahold of the agent. Fortunately, the owner was in their car on the street and let us in. I felt bad that their agent wasn't doing a very good job and decided to let them know the problems that I was having with them. Well, a few days later I received a phone call from them. They had fired their agent and wanted to work with me. We remarked the home that had been sitting on the market for almost 2 months, listed it and sold it for more than the original list price from the other agent. They had a short window of time to sell or they wouldn't be able to make the trip to their new home in Alaska because of the winter conditions. You deserve someone who will work hard for you. Listing a home is more than just slapping a sign in the front yard and hoping it will sell. You deserve better than average so call me and I'll give you top notch service.

After homeschooling my 4 kids they went back to "brick & mortar" school and I found myself looking for what the next chapter of my life would consist of. Here I am over 5 years later and still loving it. That's the long story short!
