Angie was just what we needed in a realtor. We had been looking casually for a long time, but when the time came to get serious we knew we needed to find a realtor. What I appreciated about Angie was her honest and real communication. She never beat around the bush but was direct, which I need and respect. We saw a lot of houses that weren't right and we never felt pressured about the time it was taking. Angie found our house for us which surprised me because I was constantly looking, but she found it and sent it to us the day if came on the market. We saw it the day after it came on the market and made an offer the next day. We were in competition with other offers but she guided us through the process and we won the bid. Angie also sold our house. Again, with clear and direct communication. She set us up with the contractors and help we needed as it came up. When our first offer fell through, she had us up and running right away and helped us sell (with multiple offers) that next weekend. We are SO thankful for Angie and the wonderful job she did for us! She immediately responded, asked a series of very thoughtful questions about my wants and needs, and got quickly started on finding me a home. The home buying process can be an emotional roller coaster, but Angie was extremely attentive and patient throughout the entire experience.
