ZillowVERIFIEDI worked with this team one time. It was enough for me. They are very pushy. Very rough around the edges. I could never recommend them EVER. They were very unprofessional. They didn't or couldn't answer any questions, I had. The house they were trying to push on me had cat poo in it. I would have loved to give them a zero, but it doesn't give me that option.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Angie about a house for sale by owner on Zillow. She contacted me within the day and in one of her communications she asked where I was looking to buy. I let her know that my husband and I are only looking to buy on this particular road and weren't otherwise looking to buy. She must not have thought we were serious buyers because that was the last email I received from her. I even sent her a follow-up email about a showing status. We ended up buying that house and I'm glad we didn't have to pay her 3%!

ZillowVERIFIED Angie and Josh were amazing during the entire process and I will tell you my entire experience. First off I was moving from Las Vegas Nevada to the Dayton Ohio area because of a military PCS. After trying to get in contact with a couple realtors from Zillow, actually talking to one secretary and being promised I would get a call back on Monday, Josh and Angie were the only ones to call me back. After talking with Angie over the phone she sent me potential listing with in the first hour. My family even got into Ohio earlier than expected and they started showing us houses prior to when I asked them to be ready. While looking at houses they gave me expect advice. They let me know if they thought something was over priced or if it was a good deal. I wanted to do another VA loan, but do to a bad experience with an over the phone VA loan I wanted to deal with a person face to face. I asked if they had a person that they dealt with in the past that did VA loans and they had a great person (Darrell Steely.) With a VA loan there are also a lot of inspections that are required and they also had people that they dealt with in the past and they did a great job. Josh and Angie was there for my family even when we were signing papers for closing. I am actually recommending them to a friend that I purchasing a house in about a year from now. I would also use them again. A smoother process than what my first buying experience was. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. They are down to earth and easy to get along with, and work great together as a team.
