ZillowVERIFIEDMy first home buying experience could not have gone any better. I stumbled on Angie Brilz by inquiring about a property that I was interested in but suddenly showed as off-market. That property sold but Angie became my realtor from that moment. She cared about me as a person, wanting to understand my needs, likes, dislikes, price range, etc. Every question I had was answered. She gave suggestions on a number of things that helped me. And, when we discovered the refrigerator / freezer unit had been broken after the home went under contract, she did everything she could to make sure I would not have to pay anything out of pocket for a new one (including removal of the old one). If I ever find myself in the market for another home I will definitely start with Angie. She is awesome! She'll treat you like a person rather than a commission. She won't pressure you into anything. She'll tell you straight up if she thinks the listing price is reasonable and what a reasonable offer price will be. And she'll make sure to point out everything potentially wrong with a home. ZillowVERIFIED I listed my house with Angie for a 6 month contract. It will be expiring in 4 days. I have received no offers. I was assured that the price was fair and that I should have no problems getting it sold. After over 3 months of weekly showings and no offers we had to move. This forced us to have to rent out the house on a month to month lease. Her communication has been slow and only in response to inquiries from me. I have gotten little to no feedback on the house. She will make it sound like there is someone interested, and nothing comes of it. The only things she has told me in regards to feedback are things that can't be changed, like house size, number of bedrooms, etc. While at first she sounded knowledgeable of our area, I have found that the reality is she doesn't know much more than I have been able to learn on my own. Also, Markovich has the worst ad in the paper and they don't keep up to date on Zillow. There was minimal to no advertising done for the 2 open houses that I allowed. I turned down a third because the first two had yielded 3 couples walking through, all together! Save yourself the time and showings, try a different company.

ZillowVERIFIED I was just browsing through Zillow on a Saturday night to look at surrounding houses in the Butte area and I became very interested in about 4 houses. Angie contacted me on Sunday to start a dialog of why, what, when, and where I'm more interested in a house in and around butte. That following week I was looking at the houses I asked about. The houses that we went to Angie was very upfront and knew what to criticize the flaws and support the positives of each properties. I shared with her that I was VA eligible and assisted me through every process. She asked me what bank I wanted to go through and she called 2 separate banks to assist and the 1st bank to respond wanted to eagerly work with us and were familiar with Angie Spolar! The 1st house of the 4 is the house I was most interested in and we vigorously perused and I am fully happy and comfortable in my new house. Angie Spolar was very informative throughout the entire process. My family and I are very thankful for her and getting us into our new home.

She asked me a few questions about what I was looking for in a house, and then she started finding me houses, that I liked! By this time I had met two other agents who continued to send me emails about houses that were either not in the neighborhood I wanted, didn't have the right number of bedrooms or a garage, or were $30,000 out of my price range. I was beginning to get frustrated and having someone actually listen to what I wanted was great! When I finally found a house I liked Angie took care of everything, and even recommended a loan officer who I eventually ended up going with because they worked so well together as a team. I would highly recommend Angie Spolar as a buyer's agent to anyone looking for a home in the SW Montana area. She was great!
