ZillowVERIFIEDAngie was great from start to finish. She was dedicated to us throughout the home-buying process was amazing! She worked with us to understand our needs, wants, and nice-to-haves. Since we both have dogs, she knew how important it was to find a home that had a yard and patio! She made time to meet us at every house viewing within the day. We were able to find our perfect first home in a walkable, dog-friendly neighborhood. Angie is very responsive and worked well with us during the entire process! We appreciate her AND our new home :)
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a great experience working with Angie to buy our property. She was incredibly responsible, responsive, and dedicated throughout the entire process. She was always there when we needed her, even late at night, and sometimes worked on writing offers with us until 12am. We are very grateful for all her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
ZillowVERIFIEDAngie B. and her partner, Jordan Shea, were tremendous at helping us prep and sell our deceased parents' home. They were super prepared for our initial meeting with a bound book of recent sales in the neighborhood and clearly explained the local (Rose Garden, San Jose) real estate market and trends. They described their services and approach, and answered all our our questions. Once we selected Angie, she jumped on the big task of helping us quickly clear the house of the furniture and clutter. She has contacts for everything and got us reasonable quotes from professionals to do necessary repairs, clearing debris, paint, cleaning, and staging. Throughout the process, Angie was extremely responsive, even though I know she had several other clients at the same time. Angie and Jordan were sucessful in recommending a list price that maximized the number of offers we received and we sold the house in less than a week for $200K over list price. Everything they did reduced the stress my sister and I experienced dealing with the house sale. I would highly recommend Angie and her partner Jordan Shea.
ZillowVERIFIEDI recently sold my parents former home near the Rose Garden area of San Jose. Angie Benavente and her partner Jordan Shea were absolutely fantastic. They had a tight and thorough marketing strategy to sell our property and they executed it flawlessly to deliver the desired price for the sale. Throughout the whirlwind process, they took care of every detail of prepping the home and I never had to lift a finger. I would highly recommend them - you won't regret it!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDAngie was recommended to us by my brother-in-law who had a very good experience when buying his home. We were also very impressed with her. Despite the fact that they sell and help buy many homes, she was always free and willing to come to viewings with us. While at the viewing, we never felt rushed and Angie answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. When we chose a home we wanted, she knew exactly how low the builder would be willing to go and specifically asked for the terms of the contract when the builder wanted us to pay a deposit before we saw any documents. There was even a really nice touch at the end of the project - my wife wasn't able to make it to the actual day of closing, so they came by the house another day so we could recreate the picture of us holding the "sold" sign. That sort of attention to detail is emblematic of Angie's work more generally.
ZillowVERIFIEDAngie was excellent to work with as a first time buyer. She is very thorough and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. She was able to use her knowledge of the area and negotiation skills to get me the house I wanted.
ZillowVERIFIEDAngie has been very helpful answering my questions regarding buying a home and the real estate market in general. She is extremely knowledgable and very responsive. As soon as I'm ready she will definitely be the agent I work with.
ZillowVERIFIEDAngie is a diligent agent, very helpful getting the disclosure documents and contacting the listing agents. She works closely with experienced key professionals that will make the buying process a pleasant experience from qualifying her client to closing the transaction and getting you your dream home.
ZillowVERIFIEDAngie is always someone I can go to for good real estate advise. She has given me good insight in the market and took the time to find out what my needs are. Thanks Angie! :)
