I'm Angi Bourque, a seasoned, full-time real estate professional and lifelong resident of Ascension Parish. With a robust background encompassing 9 years in proprietary school administration and 22 years with a national consulting firm, I've honed qualities such as loyalty, dedication, and a strong work ethic--key contributors to my longevity in those roles. Now, at this juncture in my life, I've chosen to pursue my true passion: real estate. My commitment extends to guiding you seamlessly through the entire buying/selling process, from introduction to closing and beyond, ensuring it's the best possible experience for you. Recognizing that real estate is a substantial investment, I approach each transaction with the utmost care. My diverse experience includes serving as a Listing Agent and Buyer's Agent for both Residential and Land properties, assisting First Time Home Buyers, managing Relocations, handling Referrals, and facilitating Commercial Sales and Leasing. In 2018, I earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designations through the National Association of Realtors. In 2022, I secured my Associate Broker's license, further elevating my expertise. Additionally, I contribute to the real estate community by serving on the Professional Standards Committee with the Greater Baton Rouge Area Realtors, serving as VIce-Chair for 2024, underscoring my commitment to upholding industry standards and ethics. Beyond my professional pursuits, I am happily married to my wonderful husband, Ash, and the proud mom of two Shih Tzu boys, Marco and Polo. My husband and I are a One Child Sponsor, and I regularly contribute to CARA's House in Ascension Parish. During my downtime, I enjoy the outdoors, love entertaining at home, savor the rich culinary offerings of South Louisiana, and catch an LSU game to cheer on the Tigers--Geaux Tigers! We are so grateful for finding Angi through a referral. She has turned out to be a Godsend! While we were trying to sell our home in a "not so great" city several hours away, we also had to find a home in Baton Rouge. Angi was patient, diligent, professional, and loyal to us the whole journey. She is punctual and very reliable. It took us quite a while to sell our other home. We found the perfect home for us in one of the most beautiful areas of Baton Rouge, and Angi fought for us to get that home, even though we weren't selling our other home as quickly as we thought. No fault of our own, we had offers fall through and contingencies that just didn't work out in the other city. Angi stood by us, and we still landed our dream home. She is also wonderful with new builds and contractors. She stands up for her clients and has a plethora of updated knowledge. She is consistently learning about the market.
