ZillowVERIFIEDExcellent person. Very cordial. Very knowledgable in her field. I recommend her to everyone. Angelica kept me informed and made the process of purchasing my home painless.
ZillowVERIFIEDAngelica is the best realtor for a first time home buyer. She is timely in her responses and was very helpful in explaining everything to my fiance and I. If we had a question we could always text her no matter the time and she would go out of her way to help us even if she wasnt in the office. I would highly recommend Angelica for anyone looking to buy a home for the first time, and to home buyers in general as she really has your back throughout the whole process.
ZillowVERIFIEDAngelica was very helpful in the selling of my moms house. Mom lives with my sister in Phoenix and has been unable to be in Douglas throughout the selling process. Angelica helped by getting workers to do the work the house needed so it could meet requirements. She also sent all paperwork needed to have signed for sell and gave us updates when we asked. The work was completed and house sold shortly after. Thanks you very much for all your help Angelica!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDI contacted Angelica about a home I was interested in late March 2017 and by the first week of April my offer was accepted. She was very knowledgeable and stayed in contact through entire process! Made the process of purchasing a new home stress free!
ZillowVERIFIEDAngelica is a friendly and dedicated person who was very honest with us through out the process of buying our home. She had much knowledge about the homes, what to look for what could affect us or not. Loved working with her, would definitely recommend or work with her again.
ZillowVERIFIEDShe was accurate on the time it took for my house to sell and knowledgeable of the different kinds of potential buyers and financing options. However, she was very difficult to contact and get a hold of. If its difficult for me to get a hold of her, I can imagine that buyers were turned off from lack of responsiveness and walked away instead of making a deal faster. My ad expired and there was no prior effort on her to contact me before it expired to renew. My house sat on the market without being advertised until I made the effort to contact her. I only got a response because I threatened to terminate her services and switch to another agent. Definitely didnt work her commission.
ZillowVERIFIEDContact Angelica Garcia for all your real estate needs. Cochise County is an awesome and unique county. Angelica knows her stuff and will not lead you wrong! You need someone like Angelica to get the best deal and to find the best property! Great person to work with. Honest, punctual, and very professional. Will continue to work with her!
ZillowVERIFIEDWhen I decided to sell my home in Douglas, I contacted Angelica because I was already aware of her years of expertise and knowledge of home sales in and around this area. Although the market was in a slump, she worked very hard to find a buyer and kept me posted on what was taking place which was helpful since I lived elsewhere. It took longer than expected but under the circumstances, I was completely satisfied with the overall results. She was very helpful and provided excellent advice during the whole process. In my opinion, I would highly recommend her because she is very professional as an agent and realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDAngelica not only did a great job in selling my townhouse in a rather weak market, she actually helped me in the purchase of my new home. She is very professional, pays attention to details, yet doesn't over-burden you with unnecessary paperwork. I do not hesitate to highly recommend her for any real estate services. She is very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I would do business with her again.
