Angela was a wonderful agent. Mom was living in her house when she first put it up for sale. Angela came over during any showings and sat with my Mom because I was out of town. I really appreciated that and did not worry about my elderly Mom at all. She even chatted with her to keep her company while doing it. When Mom was moving out of her house, Angela came over and jumped right in helping to carry furniture out to the moving cube. The cleaning person and I were noticeably struggling with some heavier pieces and Angela was the third person that we needed. She even helped Mom get her wooden ramp donated after she moved out of the house. Then when Mom moved out of state and left the house empty, we felt reassured that Angela would watch over it while the house was up for sale. She helped with her photographer to get beautiful photos with furniture to put online. In addition, she kept in contact with us with updates on potential buyers, gave expert advice on several topics and brought to our attention possible issues with the condition of the house. She asked our preference on little things like should she text us or call with important updates. Knowledgeable as she was, she was able to get those issues addressed and repaired to keep things moving forward. Her family even helped her as needed to get things done to save us some money. Lastly, she was able to get us the price that we wanted in a few short months. She made sure that the closing went well and that we would receive payment in a timely fashion since we moved out of state. All of these little things did not go unnoticed. She made the process so easy. I recommend Angela if you are selling your house. I was so glad that I picked her. She was very nice! What an EXPERT!
