Seeking to relocate to NE Georgia from out of state and being unfamiliar with the local market, we were concerned to find a Buyers Agent in whom we could be confident both of her knowledge of the market and of her attention to our interests. Angela Sarrell earned our confidence through every step of the process, all the way to closing. She proved attentive to our expressed objectives; patient throughout our discovery of the local resale market; forthright in her professional appraisal of properties; generous with her time and counsel. Our search entailed dozens of properties online and more than a dozen prospective properties on the ground. Over the course of these viewings Angela would deftly call my attention to potential flaws such as faulty exterior wiring needing remediation or absence of GFCI exterior outlets, evidence of roof leaks, poorly finished trim work. She candidly responded to my query about building codes which had been updated and implemented in recent years, which significantly narrowed our initial criteria for desirable properties. In the end it was Angela who identified and called our attention to the new-build community where we would come to choose our home. Again as we were residing out of state we confidently relied on Angela to liaise with the builder and to perform a walk-through prior to closing. Now three years on from closing we remain thoroughly content with our new home and community. We can hardly imagine a better outcome, thanks in large part to Angelas diligence and integrity.
