Bilingual (English and Spanish)The 20+ years I've spent in customer service management along with worldly travels has equipped me with being able to connect to people from many different backgrounds. I lived in Spain for 5 years and am fluent in Spanish. My years spent in contract negotiating has provided me leverage to share with my clients. I spent most of my life in competitive swimming which earned me a full college scholarship at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock. Swimming gave me a competitive nature that I can't deny which is a win for my customers.
