No communication skills. No time to show houses. Not sure why on here. Told me she was too busy to show houses after she put on here available.

ZillowVERIFIED I have dealt with quite a few realtors in my time and Angie is probably one of the most knowledgeable the friendliest the easiest going she knows what an individual wants and that she has no problem finding it for them . I will definitely be sending anybody I know that's looking for a house to her. She actually pays attention to what people want instead of pushing to make a sale

ZillowVERIFIED I'm a first time home buyer and hadn't a clue on what to do about anything on buying a home. So when I started the process of looking for a home I was very nervous and very uneducated on looking and making decisions on buying real estate and what to look for and what to stay away from. Angie is very passionate about her job. She is out to make her customers happy and won't stop until they are. Within the first half hour of meeting her, I knew she was the perfect agent for me. Very friendly, warm, caring, positive and an awesome personality. I not only found a perfect agent, I also found myself a friend. Angie Patterson goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are satisfied and educates them if needed every step of the way. I was very blessed to have met her. God knew how stressed and overwhelmed I was because I suffer from anxiety. I know he sent her to me
