She hired a staging team to come in as well as gave us a list of what things we needed to do to get the house "sale ready." In addition to the staging, Angela did her homework in preparing comparisons of the area houses that sold and were for sale that were similar to ours. She helped us decided what was a competitive but not too low price. She explained everything about the process and didn't leave until all our questions were answered.
