As a result we have become familiar with a great many real estate agents, including those who represented us in the purchases and sales and those who have represented the other side in those transactions. Most recently, we relied on Angela Lanni of Houlihan Lawrence in the purchase of a condominium in upper Westchester County. We urge anyone in that market to consider using Angela who impressed us in every respect. Angela is a pleasure to deal with on a personal level, and on a professional level is as knowledgeable as they come regarding the upper Westchester market and getting things done in residential real estate. As one example, after finding one unit and community we liked, Angela made sure we were provided with access to board members and to all available financial information regarding the condo association, which ultimately revealed issues that persuaded us to move on and look elsewhere. When Angela then helped us to narrow our search to another community that we liked very much, and met all of our needs , there was nothing available for sale in that complex. Angela nevertheless canvassed the community and unearthed 2 prospects who had been thinking of selling, and succeeded in negotiating on our behalf the purchase of one of the units. This kind of persistence, proactive service and attention was extraordinary in our experience. It would be a mistake for anyone in the upper Westchester market not to consider Angela as agent in the purchase or sale of their home.

ZillowVERIFIED From day one, Angela has been the perfect real estate agent! She is kind-hearted, soft-spoken, honest and full of integrity. That said, do not under any circumstances mistake her kindness for weakness. When it comes time to get aggressive, she gets the answers and gets the job done. We went through both a purchase and a sale with her. It would be impossible to say which one she performed better at. On the buy side, we got a deal another agent said would be impossible. On the sale side, we had offers 10% over ask. Everything that she said would happen happened in the exact way and timing she said it would. She knows exactly what she is doing.Ever look through pictures of listings and cringe? Well, as a bonus, Angela uses a professional photographer. Four hours after listing, we had four offers. Two days later, 4 more came in. Open house? 47 people came through. 4 days after listing, we had an accepted offer with an unbelievably strong buyer. In my neighborhood, 2 other units went for sale at the same time. They haven't had any success. Why? Simply put, because they didn't have Angela. I don't know how many times we thanked her, but I can tell you that it wasn't enough. I don't know how many times we talked about how great she is behind closed doors, but I can tell you that we belly laughed a lot about how successful our processes were. I don't now how many people we have begged to use her, but we have watched them go somewhere else and be completely disgusted and disappointed.Angela is 100% family now!
