She was willing to show us a property within an hour of us contacting her. I was thankful for how she treated my children kindly instead of being inconvenienced by them. Since we were moving from out-of-state, she provided invaluable suggestions to help with our transition. 2) Knowledgeable and efficient- Angela was able to answer every question we had, connect us with necessary businesses, took charge of procedures, and was always available by phone/text/email. 3) Trustworthy and genuine- Because of Angela's personality, we were able to easily establish a friendly rapport with her. We trusted her 100% and know that even now after closing we can still reach out to her for anything. FYI: First time buyers, moving from out of state, majority of paperwork/procedures easily done electronically.

When trying to reschedule consults due to work schedule, didnt work with housing to do so or saying it was not available. After working with construction they informed us of never being notified. More concerned about commission than helping customer.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Angela on a home purchase in Camden, SC. Angela always stayed in touch, answered questions immediately, handled problems and issues quickly. This was very important for us as we live in New York State. For example, there was a water leak in the home we were purchasing. We wanted to know what was being done as closing was still 2 weeks away and we were back in NY State. Angela called and said she was with the plumber in the house as he was fixing the leak. She handled issues herself if the sellers agent wouldn't solve problems. Angela will take care of you during the process. She also has many professional and reliable contacts to assist her; i.e. home inspections, termite inspections, HVAC inspections, and a very good mortgage company. Angela is worthy of your trust. She is "top notch" .

Then, she helped me find contractors for updates I wanted to make to the home such as new fixtures, countertops, and plumbing. In addition to that, she also walked us through setting up all our new utilities. Moving is stressful, but working with Angela made it a lot less so. If you're moving to Kershaw County I highly recommend using Angela!

ZillowVERIFIED I had previously contacted another estate agent in the area--he rarely returned my phone calls, I could only contact him Mon-Fri before 3:30 p.m., and he sent me to a financer that only qualified me for $75,000 or less properties. I was going to give up the idea of buying any house when as a last chance someone recommended I speak to Angela Knight. Angela put me in contact with a finance agency that approved me for $175,000 properties and once I gave Angela style, price, range and area she met my wife and me on a Saturday morning (I work Mon-Fri) and spent several hours showing us houses meeting our tastes and requirements. For the house we finally choose we called Angela on a Friday evening and she arranged a showing after 7 p.m. My wife and I are not the easiest people to get along with but Angela showed endless patience, personal interest, and professionalism at all times. She possesses the increasingly rare in the modern age personal skills as she took time to get to know us, our likes, dislikes, and dreams, and merged that with her use of modern technology and methods when those were most effective and appropriate. If it wasnt for Angela I would either have left the area or be frustrated renting something and arguing with the rental agency to fix minimally maintained properties. Save yourself the headaches and don't contact anyone else, go straight for the best--go with Angela!
