Not a good experience at all. I was over charged on the commissions, 7%! she nor Laura Dochwat was with me at the closing, she was on a vacation! Very unhappy experience! All other realtors charge 5%! Bottom line is I didn't receive the amount of payout at closing I should have, almost $10,000 taken from me!

I am so sorry you felt that way Kathy. Your listing agreement was for 6% not 7% and it was divided between the listing agency and the selling agency. We hope you enjoyed the cleaning service from our team for cleaning your home when you closed and ultimately were able to sell your home for more than your listing price. If your closing would not have been moved due to unresolved repairs that had to be made before closing we would have been at your closing. We wish we could have been there. We always aim to improve our services and take your feedback respectfully in high regard. We cannot Thank you enough for all of the referrals you have sent us since your closing!

My house was on the market a year and a half and I had several failed contracts. So I was discouraged right from the start, but I switched realtors and contacted Angie on a recommendation from a friend. From the day we met, and had a consultation, Angie listened to everything I had to say. She knew the area very well and priced my house accordingly. I had never sold a house before and had no idea what I was doing. But Angie, and her partner Laura, walked me through every step of the way. They made themselves available to answer questions anytime I had them. The house required some repairs and Angie had a great base of resources and contractors available to help me. Within 4 weeks we had a contract, sold and closed. Angie and her team did a lot of work in social media, and other outlets, to make sure that my house was seen by anybody who was interested in purchasing. The whole experience was wonderful. I highly recommend Angie and her team of experts if you are in the market to sell a home. It does not matter if you're selling a $50,000 home or a $5,000,000 home, Angie will treat you equally. Angie was great to work with. We contacted her based on others recommendations from Zillow and weren't disappointed. She explained the entire selling process to us and helped us step by step.
