Before I spoke to her, I interviewed a few relators, they are all having pros and cons, but majority of these realtors are uncertain about the market values, and they all wanted to list the property in the mid price range, sounded like it would be easy to sell than listed with the high ended price. However, Angela was having a different mentality, she told me that, just listed my property at high ended price. I asked her "are you confident that you can sell it at this high price". She positively responded "YES". Finally, my property was sold. Beside this impressive work, Angela is also very friendly and she will help everybody if she can.

ZillowVERIFIED Let me start off by saying that I do not usually take the time to write reviews for people or groups/businesses unless they were 5 star worthy. I didn't know it when I asked one of their Agents, Amanda Knight to show us a property, but I was in for a treat. She was exceptional; Amanda took the time to research properties beforehand, and then personally tailored her showings based upon your criteria almost exactly. Eventually it was if she knew what we liked Before we did; And that's almost exactly how it was when she learned of our likes and dislikes. I think the most important thing to point out that I personally enjoyed about Amanda was that she was always as honest with us as anyone could expect. If she didn't know something *(and that was very infrequent), she would say "I don't know, but I can find that out for you" and she would research it and pass along the info as soon as she received it. The entire Hornburg Real Estate Team was fantastic, including the e-mailed updates and detailed timeline that told us exactly where we were in the process. I would not hesitate to use them in the future again!!! I could go on and on about how questions asked were always answered, or how the entire team worked cohesively to make things smooth. Our experience was as wonderful as I hope our new home will be :)

Everyone that we had contact with from the Hornburg Group was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of business. However, most of our contact with with Amanda, our realtor. Amanda is amazing! She first came to us with inexpensive improvement suggestions that made a huge difference in the attractiveness of our house. We had listed our house previously with no serious buyers, and in just a couple of months after re-listing with her, we had a solid contract for full asking price! Amanda worked with us every step of the way, and even assisted us in locating and securing a nice lease house in the area we were wanting to relocate. I can't say enough good things about Amanda!
