Take your time (if you have it)! I know you just got your preapproval from your lender and you are very ready to go, but take your time looking at many homes to figure out what features are important to you. The more homes you see, the more perspective you will have when you finally walk into "the one".
Trust your realtor. I'm here with the common goal to sell your home quickly and to net you the most amount of money. I will advise you on repairs and staging tips that will ultimately get us to the goal of selling your home. So be open minded. You might have to spend a little bit of money to make your home ready to sell but I will only advise you on things that I feel are important to enhance your homes marketability.

I recently sold a water view home in Olympia where I was able to sell it quickly, and for exactly what my client wanted to make off of it. It was the most expensive home sold in their neighborhood to date! So that was exciting to be able to push the boundaries of the market.
Before I became a realtor, I had personal experience as a client buying and selling my own homes a few times. I really enjoyed the process and I knew I had what it took to be a good one!
I'm always attending continuing educational classes and workshops to enhance my skills and stay up to date on the latest real estate trends.
