I have primarily sold homes in what is considered the "affordable" range, which is the vast majority of the market. I have worked primarily with buyers over sellers because there are many more buyers in the marketplace than sellers.

I started as a Bookkeeper for a custom home builder in Springfield, Illinois when I was 19 years old. I transitioned into becoming an apartment manager when my parents retired to San Diego. I loved property management for 13 years, rising to the level of Regional Property Supervisor in San Diego County, California. I finally got my first real estate license in 2011 in San Diego and added my real estate license in Tucson, Arizona, for two years, and I have now been licensed in Illinois since 2016.
