Jessica Thomas (Gath) Jessica Gath sold our elderly Aunt's home in Queensbury this month (listed and under contract in May and closed in July 2025). We want to thank and recognize Jessica and her team for her work as she was awesome! Jessica worked with various family members and most importantly our recently widowed Aunt to make this process go smoothly. We interviewed numerous realtors but choose Jessica based on her professionalism, track record and knowledge of the area. She presented a solid plan to move forward and we agreed it was the best approach. A few realtors we interviewed just didn't come across as either understanding the area or that they will be fully engaged as they were either busy with other endeavors or wanted to list the home with unrealistic pricing that frankly I thought were false promises to simply try to get the listing. Jessica was very straightforward, clear and honest with what she thought was needed to sell the home in a timely manner and get where we wanted to be as far as proceeds/sale price. Jessica's plan worked out perfectly. The home sold very fast after a brief competitive bid situation. The sale price was spot on. Once the home was under contract, we appreciated Jessica's network of professionals to work with but stayed fully engaged after the sale. Any question we had she quickly answered and was there for us. I want to stress that's a true test of a professional as she was dealing at some points with the actual seller (our Aunt) but also 3-4 other family members. That is not easy! We orginally planned to travel from Virginia to be at the closing but between Jessica and her partners we realized that was not needed. They went above and beyond to help make this easy for our beloved Aunt and ensure a smooth transaction with the funds even deposited super fast post closing. Thank you Jessica for all you did. If you live in the Glens Falls, South Glens Falls, Hudson Falls, Lake George, Lake Luzerne, Essex, Hague, Corinth, Fort Edward and surrounding areas I strongly suggest you schedule Jessica and her team to meet with you. I think you will be at least equally pleased with the outcome!

Leah was exceptional to work with! We knew she was very new to selling homes and Angela would be helping alongside! However, Leah was very professional, knowledgeable, and so quick to answer or find the answers to our questions! She was also very personable and wonderful with our baby boy! She took him into consideration when scheduling viewings and appointments to ensure it was around his nap time, which made the process so smooth! Leah was there during the inspection as we lived far away and couldn't make the date the inspector was available, and then she called us to have a follow up conversation with the inspector there. Every part was seamless - the viewing, negotiations, walkthrough, signing...we were extremely impressed and happy with our choice to have Leah as our Realtor!
