ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband met Angela when he was trying to sell one of our houses for sale by owner. She was unlike any of the other realtors that came by. She wasn?t pushing for him to use her like all the other realtors. When we went to sell our other house we used her and she was amazing to work with. She puts a ton of work into being an amazing realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Was very pleased with the way Angela handled the sale of our home in Moundsville WV. It started with the excellent photography she did for the listing of the home. After the home was sold we were still getting compliments on our beautiful house and yard. The house was listed and the next day we had an excellent all cash offer which we accepted. The whole transaction went very smoothly. If you are looking for a realtor, I would highly recommend Angela Carpenter.

ZillowVERIFIED We bought our home this year and Angela was our Realtor. She was great. She walked us through the process once we were pre-approved and ready to start looking for our home. She showed us several homes after asking us what we were looking for. She advised us on what to offer when we were ready to make an offer, answered even our most difficult and crazy questions and walked us through every twist and turn in the process. She made it a great experience and we highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED We were house hunting for 4 months before I contacted Angela regarding a house she had listed. The realtor we were using was very slow to return calls or texts and it felt like I was doing all of the work. Angela immediately returned my call and showed us the house that evening. She even sent us info on homes while she was away on vacation! Of course, she became our new realtor. There were a few issues that she quickly took care of and she kept me informed during the closing process. After we closed on our home, she still contacted me to ask how we were and if there were any problems. Angela makes you feel like you are her only client and treats you like a friend.

ZillowVERIFIED I would not have my house today if it were not for Angela. It was back and forth with negotiations. She kept me calm and on task. I was so impressed I had her list my house and she sold that in less than a week.

ZillowVERIFIED Angela is an amazing realtor. Shes one of the sweetest person Ive ever met. I couldn?t have been more satisfied with the process. While the process of homebuying was much more difficult than we?d imagined, based on the levels of competitiveness, Angela gave us excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes that we looked at. Particular high points were helping us made an offer, and in helping us find ways to make competitive offers in ahighest recommendation. Highly recommended!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Angela first assisted my husband and I when we were trying to rent a home. When we changed our minds and decided to buy, she happily switched gears and began lining up homes for us to see here in Wheeling. We are from Texas, so she made sure we understood the processes here, and made us feel at home! Angela?s quick work, consistent responsiveness, and knowledge of the area landed us in a home that we adore! You can absolutely trust her with this journey!

She went above and beyond to do the leg work with buyer to assure necessary measures to secure the sale. I recommend her to everyone!!!
