She made the process as painless as possible, while being as honest as possible. She gave us hope, but also a reality check when we needed it (trust me, you'll need it). When we put down our offer, Angela made sure she negotiated the best terms with the seller. She wouldn't budge on anything that we felt was necessary. She made sure an inspection list was signed by the seller in order to ensure items were remedied before we closed. Upon our final walkthrough, we hit a snag. ZillowVERIFIED I normally don't leave reviews and don't give such high scores becuase it's hard to impress me and believe me- I've dealt with a great number of agents in the past. Most of them was either not responsive to my calls during business hours or very slow in getting back and it just didn't feel like they cared enough. Well, that is definitely NOT the case with Angela: she was always on top of everything; answered the phone outside of business hours or called back immediately; always knew the answers to my questions, found solutions and- most importantly- made the whole buying process pretty smooth. She even negotiated a few items the sellers threw in which I didn't think was possible in the sellers' market! If you want somebody who is real, down- to earth and tells it like it is without sugarcoating, then she's the right person for you.

She worked with us for several weeks before we decided on another area. Angela continued to work with us although our new home search was now 32 miles and 6 towns away.She worked with us despite not being totally familiar with the new territory, adding many more miles of driving for each showing, money on gas, and time spent researching the area. I expected a long rocky road finding our home in our budget, but Angela took care of everything in her power to give us a smooth journey. She was very quick at responding to us whether it was through text, call or email. If there was a home we were interested in viewing, she was very quick at setting up appointments for us and looking up all details on the property beforehand, even if the showing was on the same day. She took the time to really figure out what it was we were looking for in our new home and gave us great advice and feedback on every house we looked at. We never felt pressured to move forward on a house, and she was great at being honest if she didn't think a listing would be a good fit. By the time we went to look at my now home, she knew exactly what we would like and and felt the house was perfect for us just as much as we did, and that's how we knew it was the one. Through the offer and negotiation process we didn't doubt for a second that she was on our side and had our best interest at heart. She was also very quick and prompt at putting together any required paperwork and getting them signed and sent to the proper destination. Every step after that until closing felt like smooth sailing as long as Angela was involved, She had the knowledge to keep moving us forward in the process efficiently and even went outside of her duties to make sure we were taken care of until the very end. The few hiccups we did encounter, she took care of right away and made sure everything fell into place in our favor. Not once did we feel rushed, ignored, or like we weren't top priority. It has been a couple months since closing day and she still check in to see how we are, still willing to help if she can. I will forever be grateful for everything Angela has done for us and I don't think we would have ever found someone who was as amazing as she is at her job and end up good friends after. I have and always will highly recommend her as a realtor who will not see you as a number and see you as someone she can help get you to your next milestone.

We went from room to room going back and forth on improvements to help with the sale. She did not push to spend a lot of money but to organized and give the house a clean fresh look. I did agree to all her suggestions and the house sold quickly.There was constant contact using e-mail and texting on any questions we may have had during staging and selling of the house. ZillowVERIFIED We had a hard time finding a Realtor and based our decision on interactions with Realtors running open houses. Most were slick and used car sales like, but Angela was down to earth. Angela was very helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. our search included the Shelton/Monroe/Newtown area and briefly Middletown. Angela was patient with us as we are very picky, often not agreeing with each other (my wife and I). We even considered holding off on buying because we were becoming discouraged with what was available but Angela didn't give up looking. She kept in touch with us during downtime and kept us motivated. I never felt that Angela was anxious to close a deal and took the time to get to know us and what was important to us. We would highly recommend her as a Realtor and we will seek her out if and when we decide to sell and move.
