They could chose both or I could recommend someone. In April, Angela sent a marketing letter and I kept it. I knew that selling my home quickly required someone that was into aggressive marketing. My initial conclusions were correct.Both agents presented their marketing plans for the sale of my home. All of the home sale data, and market analysts is the same. What I was looking for was the marketing plan. To me, the marketing plan shows the effort and commitment to the sale. Angela's plan was thorough and comprehensive.Her plan started with a professional photographer. In coordination with the interior design team (Turn Key Decor) staging my home, the photos were outstanding. In the first three weeks, I had 20+ showings. All praising the look and feel of the home. Offers came in shortly thereafter. Offers and contracts take time, and Angela was patient with me through the process. Her sense of humor kept me grounded when I was upset about the little things. Angela did the little things along the way. If my home needed servicing or visits (inspections and appraisals), she volunteered to open the home and be available when I couldn't be. There were a few more than I expected.The sale of a home is a very personal event. She takes it personally. And I appreciated that level of commitment.

Angela was always prompt to return any communications, and appointments were set with our needs in mind and kept. It was a tricky time to buy a home- with many buyers and not many properties available in our range, but Angela was very helpful in negotiating and making sure we got the most bang for our buck. Once we had an accepted offer Angela was very committed to following up continually with the seller, the bank, the inspectors etc. We did not have to wonder if things were moving along. We were confident she had everything under control. Our loan closed within a short window and we are so happy to have worked with Angela. As first time buyers the process was very confusing, overwhelming, exhausting- but Angela definitely made it easier on us.
