We spoke for the first time on Thursday, by Saturday she had multiple listings set up for us to see, and by Sunday we were under contract. The house we fell in love with ended up receiving multiple offers, but with the guidance from the Mickle team, our offer was the one to get accepted! Angel moved at the fast pace we needed and we loved that. They knew all the right things to do to get our offer accepted in a very competitive market. She met us there and immediately impressed us with her friendliness, honesty, character, and knowledge of her craft. We were still not living in the area and did some of our searching on-line while traveling. We came across a house we really liked and contacted Angel to see if she would become our agent. She agreed and scheduled an appointment with our adult children to view the house in person while we viewed the house via cell phone video.While this house did not work out for us as we lost the bid, it was the start of a two-month effort to find our retirement home. After moving to the area, Angel worked diligently to find homes that met our preferences. Her efforts led to many showings where she was by our side and always offering honest and candid inputs about the home, both good features and those that might be of concern. In total we probably looked at about 25 places before we found our forever home. Angel offered us valuable advice on the recommended bid and other tips that worked out in our favor to convince the sellers we were the ones they should accept the bid from.She was always available to us and answered all our questions. ZillowVERIFIED Full Disclosure: Angel and Chris were recommended by our friend Aanchal Gupta who works with them. We started looking for an investment property in the metroplex around November 2020. The market was (and still is) very hot and our initial few bids did not get accepted even though we felt they were strong. Then we worked with Angel to see how we could put our best foot forward and get the home we wanted. Angel was very patient with us. She showed us a lot of homes in the Allen, Frisco, McKinney area. Since we were remote, all our interactions were through phone and video calls. She was very meticulous when showing us any home and her keen observations helped us in making some really informed decisions. She was very prompt in all her correspondence and kept us up to date with all information. She was our eyes on the ground and very professional throughout the entire process. Chris filled in wherever he could with some additional information related to the neighborhood, or some insights regarding the rental market which was helpful. And Aanchal was super efficient when it came to doing all the paperwork for putting in the offers and giving us timely updates during closing. Together, they form a really good team!Before buying the home that we eventually got, there was a small hiccup with another where we did get the home, but the HOA restrictions prevented us from leasing it out. That was a bummer. We felt that it could have been avoided by getting that information before we did the buyer's inspection, but all's well that ends well - the home that we bought does not have an HOA, so we don't have to worry about it now :)

ZillowVERIFIED Angel and Chris were phenomenal and more than patient with us. We were out of state buyers and they started working with us initially in the summer of 2014, by phone. They really took the time to understand what we were looking for and showed us what was available in our budget. As we are not from Dallas, they spent time providing us with information about the areas surrounding Dallas, giving us a sense of neighborhoods, buildings, schools etc. Between summer 2014 and summer 2016 Angel and Chris visited a number of properties we were interested in and sent us videos with expert commentary. We made a couple offers during that time, but were out bid. In late summer 2016 we decided to go Dallas to view properties with them in person. We had a young child with us, under 1 year of age, but that did not phase them. They drove us to over 30 properties in just a few days. This experience made us realize how lucky we were to be in their hands. Their knowledge of the area and of the market was instrumental to our search. Over time we chose Allen as our desired area. The real estate market in the greater Dallas area is very fast moving and there are often many offers for each property. Chris and Angel always turned the paperwork around very quickly and were always available by email or phone to answer all our questions. We were outbid many times but they never gave up on us. Eventually, thanks in large part to their hard work, we had an offer accepted, within our budget, on a house we love in a wonderful master plan community in Allen. It was our first home purchase and Angel and Chris stuck with us, providing much appreciated guidance, through the closing process. We are so grateful for all that Chris and Angel have done for us and we can not recommend them highly enough!
