ZillowVERIFIED I met Angel several years ago thru a friend so when I was in the market to buy my house I called him and he originally found me the house. When I decided to sell I reached out to him. It was a couple weeks before Christmas and probably not the best time to have an open house.Angel showed up early and help stage the house, we actually had 2 showings and the house sold in one week. I was kept in the loop and knew what to expect. He was always available to take my frantic calls.I was able to get the price I wanted and believe he was instrumental in the sale of the house thru his efforts and suggestions he made.

ZillowVERIFIED Being a first time home buyer, a mid 20's young adult in a very competitive real state market like the bay area can be tough, but also a smooth process when working with the right people. Met Angel through the phone after being highly recommended by two of my church members who worked with him on each getting their first home. As we talked on the phone I got a super easy going vibe with him as well as knowledgeable and truthful. Next day we were up and running looking at homes which was awesome because my lease was up in 1 month. He looked at each house as if he was going to be living there and explained tons of questions I had. he was very responsive to all my calls and txts, and followed up to all the emails. Of all the homes I found I liked, he found the one i ended up buying as it met all of my family needs as well as mine. He was very thorough with the closing process and walked me through any concerns I had. Angel made my first time home buying experience that much better of a process and learning experience. I will definitely be working with him again in the near future!

He is brutally honest and wants you to buy something that you'll love. We had a house we absolutely loved, but he gave detail to the surrounding area, home values, and other important info. He made it obvious that although the house was nice it wasn't in our best interest. He's easy to get ahold of, and understands when your needs.I recommend him 100%

I told him I hadn't bought a home before and I didn't know much about the process other than basic knowledge. He totally walked me through the steps of buying a home for the first time. ZillowVERIFIED Angel (Luis) was great !!! It took us a little over 1 year to find a house that we really liked and he stuck it through with us until the end. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He never pressured us to buy something that we were not completely satisfied with. Luis continued to give us updates on homes in the area we were interested in regularly. He is very practical and honest, which is something that we truly appreciated. Luis is also extremely knowledgable in the field and has many contacts that helped expedite our sale!
