Andy is the third realtor I have done business with and would rate him as the most knowledgable and best experience Ive had. When I wanted to put my house on the market Andy was quick to reach out to me and talk me through the process. Andy was able to get contractors to come to renovate my house to increase the value. I hardly had to speak with Andy and he did everything behind the scenes. When my house was put on the market it was under contract within 72 hours and had multiple other offers. There were no delays and my house was closed on when expected which is great because I was already paying a second mortgage. I would highly recommend Andy to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Review Finding a great realtor, can be challenging, especially when theres a growing abundance of realtors. Luckily for me, I fell into the right hands. Tina Grohowski, is a special one of a kind real estate agent. She showed consistency, passion, and investment in my needs. Not only did she made sure that she presented the houses that met my descriptions of choices, but that also met my budget. As a mother of 6 kids and a full-time stressful job, keeping up with inspection deadlines during the home buying process can be stressful. But, Tina helped with reminders and even scheduling to ensure that this process went smoothly. As a result, the load of stress in the home buying process was diminished; and may I add that she is awesome negotiator! Thanks to Tina, My family is in the perfect home and we can enjoy this years Christmas and many more sipping hot cocoa next to our very own chimney!

Review I used Andy when i bought my house originally 17 years ago and i was happy to see he was still in business. He is very professional and knowledgeable . He was able to answer all my question. When i had any problem getting the house ready for sale he was there for advice for contractors i may have needed. When the house was on the market or under contract he was there to advise or give help if had any problems or doubts. The house was only on the market 7 days and i got the price i wanted and i have to give all the credit to him. I must also praise the people who work with him Caitlin and Laura the were also a Hugh help in selling the house. I would recommend him to everyone and have.

Review Andy and his team were perfect for us. We had a difficult short sale that took what seemed to be forever to close. It was an FHA Loan with a second which made the process more difficult. The processing fell in line with a government shutdown which added more delays, delays that caused previously approved processes to expire. Through all of this, Any and his team were amazing. They exercised professionalism at every turn,and they added to that patience which turned out to be the perfect recipe to get us through it all sane and happy.I could not possibly recommend them more highly.

Everyone who helped get my mothers house ready to sell was very prompt and professional. Its not easy selling any property, but trying to sell my childhood home from out-of-state was challenging. Thanks to the services offered through Andys organization, my task was much more manageable, and far less stressful than it would otherwise have been. Most specifically, my realtor, Kim Pourkhomami, provided support above and beyond whats required, beginning with the very first time she and I met to discuss the possibility of listing with her. Kim always went the extra mile, keeping me informed at all stages, and on numerous occasions even stopped by the house for various reasons, sparing me the four hour round trip. Review I met Andy in 2001 when I was looking to buy a condo in Gaithersburg. Not only did he easily make that happen, we stayed in contact. So when I quickly needed to sell nine years later because of job relocation, Andy and his terrific staff were right there for me. Because of market conditions, I was forced into a short sale, with all the hassles and complexities that went along. But Andy and staff were with me every step of the way. It was not an easy experience for any of us, but I can't imagine the process being handled with more skill or professionalism. Everyone was smart, accessible, patient and diligent, and in the end we -- I should say THEY -- pulled it off. I cannot recommend anyone more highly.

Review Andy helped us buy a house starting in Fall 2002. The market was just heating up then. If I remember correctly, we wrote six contracts before securing a house. Andy stuck with us, gave us good counsel on the offers, and was indefatigable. When one of his clients was getting ready to put his house on the market, Andy saw it as a good fit for us, and we were able to make a offer before the house was listed. Andy's knowledge of the area, long time in real estate, extensive client base, all served us well. We are still in this house; we were never "under water". I recommend Andy without reservation.

Andy, helped with the contract negotiations from the orginal contract offer up until the final contract acceptance. To this day, I receive emails from Andy informing me of all the current real estate for sale in my area and what they were asking for and what they actually sold for.
