I don't know how he did it but whatever he did worked like a charm. The house was purchased on the first day on the market by the first couple that looked at it in an all cash transaction for 98% of the asking price. I?ve dealt with many agents over the years, some good, mostly terrible, but Andy has set a new standard and is in a class all by himself. He is the most professional and likeable person you?ll ever find in this business. How he finds time to immediately return calls and settle problems so swiftly is one of life?s great mysteries, considering his busy schedule. I had to move back to Florida for family reasons, and was under great pressure to sell my house. Andy sold it in 5 days, Thank God. Even better, my tenants totally trashed my rental property while I was a thousand miles away in Pa. One call and Andy?s cavalry came to the rescue with a great attorney to get them out and an excellent handyman service to de-trash and make needed repairs to the house. Oh and Andy asked for nothing in return for his time, even though I?m keeping the house for a while. Andy makes you feel like he?s been your close friend for years. If you don?t hire Andy, you need to your head examined as no one is even close. Andy Waterman should admit himself to the nearest genetic laboratory for cloning, if he hasn?t already done so!!!
